Last month, Deeflash was invited to return to Heat Worship House in Ottawa, Canada for White As Snow 3. The event featured both a DJ set and Live PA from the tech house guru. The Live PA you can get for free through NoiseTrade.com (see the widget below) and the DJ set is right here this month on the Broken Arrow Podcast.

Deeflash’s debut album will be out next Month and just this past week, several remixes from it hit Beatport and iTunes. So, keep an eye out for Sunday Panic! and all the glory that it will bring.

Oh, if you’re wondering why Deeflash isn’t in any of the photos from White As Snow, that’s because he’s like Dave. He’s the one with the camera. We gotta fix that.

<itunes:summary>Broken Arrow took a month off in February due to some pretty uncoordinated coordinating, but we’re back with something special this month.

Rikki comes from the Orkney Islands up in the north of Scotland. By day Rikki works as an apprentice joiner and by night he is a producing machine. With influences that range from James Holden and trentmoller to Jurassic 5 and Bob Marley, Rikki's own sound is somewhere between deep-tech house and progressive breaks.

Rikki’s new album “From This To That” will be in stores on November 29th. Featured on the album will be remixes by Deeflash and Deep Dementure. If you enjoyed Rikki’s previous releases, you won’t want to miss this one.

Don’t forget to check out our latest releases including Michael Montez’s “We Got The Groove”, Netzik’s “Deep Sleep” and Jeremy Kadinger’s “My Name Is House”. Also, keep an eye out for KriSand’s “Thank You” which will be releasing on November 1st.

Dave Richards has been producing a mixture of tribal, tech and progressive music for about ten years now. He has had releases on Next Dimension Music, PWM Records, Deeplife Records and more. Dave has worked with many producers over the years including Van Lazarux, Dima, Sheltershed, Aesias Finale and more. His work is respected by Shiloh, Greg ‘Stryke’ Chin, Tim Richards, Joel Armstrong and many others.

In 2002, he became the owner of Tastyfresh.com and since then has developed the site’s name and favorable reputation across both the Christian and secular scenes. 2007 marked a huge change for Dave as he became the host of Tastyfresh Presents… which is a podcast that features DJs and producers who also happen to be Christians.

In addition to this, Dave is the stage manager for the Afterhours Dance Club at the Cornerstone Music Festival. The festival itself is over 25 years old and has had an EDM stage since at least 1997. In 2007, the stage manager’s mantle was passed on to Dave. Since then the stage has been rebranded and has featured some of the hottest acts in EDM today including: Kenneth Thomas, Joel Armstrong, Greg ‘Stryke’ Chin, Topher Jones and Tim Richards.

Currently, Dave works as the label manager for MK837 with his partner in crime Kevin Oneel. World domination through “Jelly Doughnut” diplomacy is sure to follow.

In the Southeast United States, musical tradition runs as deep as the rivers that flow into the Gulf of Mexico. Generations of talented artists hone their craft, inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Tennessee River Valley, the Emerald Coast, Bayou Country, or whatever their local surroundings may be. Small communities all along the Appalachian Mountains are home to musicians who bring their own touch to sounds created by their ancestors from all across the world. As time passes, the heritage of the South continues to evolve under the loving care of new generations of musicians, all eager to put their own stamp on the musical tradition of their forefathers.

Kevin Oneel is no exception. Kevin calls upon the memories of not only modern Electronic Music to work his craft, but traditional Southern styles like Bluegrass, Gospel, Country and Zydeco. A firm believer that no one style can stand alone on its own merits, Oneel always looks to use different flavors and different feels from his roots to influence artist progression. Aside from staying true to his roots, Kevin also tries to make sure he always has fun while making his music. Oneel is a firm believer in not taking himself too seriously, nor his music. Kevin Oneel believes too many artists these days forget to do the one thing they expect their listeners to do, and that’s simply enjoying music.

Not only an accomplished producer with releases on labels like Ascension, PWM, NDM, Uncovered, Horris, Universal, BTU, Tektak and MK837, Kevin Oneel is a well rounded DJ talent also. His 14+ years of experience have taken him all over to perform for appreciative audiences everywhere. Kevin has appeared on radio shows around the world and the host of multiple podcasts.

Antony Shields is Deep Dementure, a DJ and producer from Leeds, England. For Antony, the first time he saw a DJ spinning those wheels of steel in the 90′s, he knew that this art was for him. After months of saving every penny he earned, he finally took the plunge and bought his first pair of Technics 1210′s, and Deep Dementure was born.

From then on there was no turning back, he was hooked into a life-long addiction to vinyl, clubs, and festival weekends. In 2001, he moved from local Bar DJ to city club DJ and met, studio and label owners, Baddudes. He then quickly found himself moving into the studio environment, it was here that he learned his skills and released his first vocal house track ‘Cant Wait’. This gave him afresh taste for music and sent him tumbling deeper into the world of production.

So what’s the future hold for Deep Dementure? In 2011 Deep Dementure moved into his own studio and he continues to produce deep and funky house. Currently working on new EPs, he has a number of new tracks set to be released in June 2011 on MK837 Records and Purple Gate Records.
